**Your role**
- Are you someone who is keen managing a challenging process in a complex global environment, interacting with a variety of functions including external vendors to meet regulatory requirements and clients' needs?
- Are you a leader who can manage and coach a team in a structured fashion to maximize performance and service quality?
- We are looking for someone like that to:
- manage the day-to-day shareholder reporting and proxy voting processes, supervising the team, monitoring workload and performance and harnessing robotics.
- suggest process improvements
- help drive and co-ordinate process efficiency initiatives

**Your team**
- You'll be leading the GWM Securities Operations Shareholder Reporting & Proxy Voting team based in Zurich-Opfikon, reporting into GWM Securities, Custody & Control section management.
- The team supports both the EMEA Regulatory SRD II Shareholder Reporting and global Proxy Voting processes, servicing a large interdivisional group of clients and stakeholders. Delivering against deadlines is key to enable regulatory compliance and client service excellence.

**Your expertise**
- a degree in business and commerce (advanced studies in business and economics desirable)
- knowledge and practical experience in banking - particularly on securities and funds are desirable.
- basic project/change management skills as an enabler to a structured course of action
- advanced German and English speaking and writing skills
- a leader who takes responsibility and is action oriented
- focused on process excellence
- motivated, self-directed and driven
- able to work out practical solutions for assessment and decision, working in partnership with Section Management
