**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**

Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Manager 80% / 33H/semaine.
En tant qu'Adjoint-e chez ba&sh, vous aurez comme mission:

- l'animation, la motivation et la montée en compétences de l'équipe en collaboration avec votre Responsable.
- la fidélisation de votre clientèle à travers différents outils et votre expertise en vente.
- l’optimisation du CA grâce aux leviers d’activité (analyse des performances) selon les objectifs définis par la Direction.
- Le respect du merchandising et la tenue du point de vente.
- les reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels auprès de la direction retail en l'absence de votre Responsable.
- le respect du merchandising et la tenue de votre boutique en accord avec le visuel merchandising préconisé.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**

Commer
- ant(e) dans l'âme, souriant(e), disponible, vous êtes une personne attentive et à l'écoute afin de conseiller et fidéliser la clientèle.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience similaire en tant que Responsable Adjointe de 18 mois minimum, idéalement acquise dans le milieu haut de gamme.
Vous êtes autonome, polyvalent(e) et dynamique.
Vous connaissez bien notre marque et adhérez à nos valeurs à la fois conviviales et professionnelles.
