**CORPORATE HOUSING AND DEPARTURE SERVICES COORDINATOR**
**What you will do**
- Management of a pool of company flats and liaison with the owners and real estate agent
- Communication with corporate clients, tenants, as well as subcontractors and tradespeople
- Booking of hotels for new arrivals
- Providing active administrative support in the management of furnished flats
- Providing departure services to expats, such as assistance with exit inspection, claim insurance, deposit release
- Coordination and organisation of pre-exit inspections, property visits, move-ins and move-outs, cleaning, key management, etc.
- Independent processing of customer enquiries
- Assistance with invoice entry, control and accountancy
Management and maintenance of data systems
