Your Mission:
- Policy and Risk Management (HR BRM):
- Audit existing processes and workflows, augment, streamline and refine as required by new policies, laws, and company initiatives ;-
- Coordinate, execute and instil strong risk management practices throughout HR, serving as a thought partner to identify, socialize, and resolve key risks and issues identified through those activities to deliver a consistent and well-managed experience across the organization ;-
- Provide general support for a variety of Risk & Control activities, such as overseeing the concept and review of Risk Self-Assessments (RCSA) with process owners ;-
- Collaborate with regions and functions to proactively ensure adherence to global HR Risk Management policies and procedures ;-
- Work directly with Legal and Compliance to assess impacts of regulatory changes for HR or the organization ;-
- Work with internal and external Auditors ;-
- Perform research and participate in compliance reviews to document HR compliance obligations, identify policy changes, updates or improvement opportunities and execute them.-
- HR Business Management:
- Support HR initiatives from a risk, policy and control perspective ;-
- Manage relationships with third parties, e.g. partners such as SAJEC, FER etc. ;-
- Manage ad-hoc requests from across the bank in relation to HR matters and coordinate among the HR team ;-
- Support and coordinate transactional activities, such as the organization of internal events, communications etc.Desired Profile:
- Master’s university degree in HR or any other field ;- 5+ years of experience in an HR or Risk Management function ;- Basic knowledge of HR-related policies, practices and laws ;- Strong communication and interpersonal skills ;- Proven track record of success in a variety of work environments, fast-paced and dynamic ;- Attention to detail and unwavering resiliency ;- Fluent in French and English, other language skills a plus ;- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
