The location for this position is open in Europe.

**Main responsibilities**
- Support of Global Sales team & Parts Services sales teams to sell the right offering to customers.
- Prepare proposals for customer-specific 2-Stroke solutions (such as larger repair or overhaul packages, standard upgrading products, service retrofit projects etc) in accordance with customer’s needs, requirements, specifications, in alignment and cooperation with internal organization.
- Ensure the functionality of proposed technical solutions and that the proposed solution fulfills customer requirements.
- Pro-actively engage and collaborate with product management department & project management department.
- Co-develop & promote activities for newly released solutions and service bulletins towards local networks colleagues.
- Closely collaborate with other functions and regions.
- Train and coach 2-Stroke Sales resources in networks and sales champions in regions.
- Maintain/update the documents for selected service products in Offering Catalogue.
- Monitor market / competition developments and report to stakeholders.
- Undertake CRM and reporting related tasks.

**Main requirements**
- Solid engineering & technical knowledge for 2 stroke engine.
- At least 2 years previous experience in Marine industry is required.
- Willing to learn new features of digital technology and willing to integrate it into actual works.
- Communication skills with positive, proactive attitude and self-motivation.
- Presentation skills for technical and commercial aspects of solutions.
- Written and spoken English for daily activities is required.
- Previous experience in Sales and/or Technical Support / Proposals will be positively evaluated
- Energy, passion, commitment and determination.
- Customer-centric attitude and team spirit.
- Ability to work in multicultural/international/diversity business environments.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Team player with pro-active mindset
- Drive for performance with positive attitude.
