As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be a vital member of the eMine Global Solutions team, which operates on a global scale as part of the Process Industries division. You will be responsible for consulting our customers on techno-commercially optimized solutions for mine haulage electrification, leading and supporting the execution of eMine projects, serving as the primary design authority for eMine Trolley System and eMine Charging System solutions. In this role, you will lead consulting assignments and contribute to the development, productization, and maintenance of eMine’s consultative services and electrification solutions.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the development of customized and purpose-driven solutions during customer and partner interactions in close collaboration with eMine Global Sales and local ABB sales teams. This involves the preparation of technical offer documentation and engineering cost calculations.
- Providing guidance to local ABB operations to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the continued development of ABB’s consulting service offering, proposing and defining best practices to meet the customer’s needs.
- Spearheading productization processes of the eMine solutions based on market demands, proposing R&D projects to advance the technologies in product line electrification when necessary.
- Collaborating with OEMs and standardization bodies in the Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) and trolley systems sector.
- Cultivating robust relationships with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices.
- Assisting the development of processes and tools to ensure compliance with regulations and contracts while actively seeking out inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Preparing and conducting technical presentations and training sessions on eMine solutions for internal teams and customers.

**Your background**:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar field.
- Sound knowledge in the area of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), Charging standards and solutions and/or Trolley systems.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies.
- Demonstrated management capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluency in English, other languages such as Spanish are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
