As a Designer, you will be an essential member of the eMine Global Solutions team, which operates on a global scale as part of the Process Industries division. The eMine Trolley system plays a critical role in supporting the transition to environmentally sustainable mine haulage through electrification. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to translate customer requirements into adapted overhead line designs.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the creation of customized designs, with a focus on hazards mitigation as per EN ISO 12100 and optimization to meet industry standards.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs that align with customer expectations.
- Contributing to design reviews and verification following the established QA/QC process, providing feedback on designs, and making modifications.
- Converting conceptual designs into comprehensive engineering documentation, encompassing Bill of Quantities, installation instructions, and operation manuals.
- Working closely with the supply chain to review vendor documentation and bids, and analyzing proposals, materials, and equipment.
- Providing technical guidance to key customers regarding design-related inquiries.

**Your background**:

- Degree in mechanical engineering
- 2 years of experience in design and execution, working as mechanical designer
- Knowledge of Trolley or Train systems is advantageous.
- Initiative, creativity and great attention to detail
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
