AIG International Holdings GmbH is looking for a Company Secretary (f/m/x) based in Zug, Switzerland to help with the on-going administrative and compliance support of their International Holding Company organization. The role is a 20% part-time role with some flexibility necessary around quarterly Executive Board Meetings.

About the role

What you need to know:

- Company Secretary, including
- Planning, scheduling, coordination, preparation of meeting, documents and materials
- Documenting meeting minutes and following up on agreed actions
- Timely maintenance of accurate and up-to-date corporate records and information in AIG systems, in compliance with AIG Policies & Procedures
- Organize logistics for Executive Board meetings, including materials and refreshments
- Day-to-day contact for matters relating to the company in both German and English
- Acting as local liaison between wider AIG group and local constituents e.g., Swiss National Bank
- Authorizing and arranging for payment of invoices and liaising with finance team to ensure payments are properly recorded and paid
- Act as Assistant for the MD, including preparing expense reports and booking travel

What we’re looking for:

- Strong written and oral communication skills - English (fluent), German (B2 level)
- Relationship management with senior stakeholders
- Several years of experience as Company secretary or in another administrative roles
- Create basic financial reportings
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
