Job DescriptionWe are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Junior IT Systems Administrator to provide daily technical support.This role is office-based at our headquarters in Zug.The scope of responsibilities will include:Supervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problemsSupervised responsibility for IT support operations, including but not limited to receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users’ notificationShared responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modems, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.)Supervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.)Responsibility for documentation of system problems and resolutionsAssistance with providing basic IT training to PSI staffQualificationsCollege Degree preferably in Computer Science or a related fieldAt least 1+ years of experience in ITFull professional proficiency in German and EnglishMicrosoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training is a plusRelated experience in systems and network administrationKnowledge of basic systems administration tools and processesAbility to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environmentAdvanced communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationPlease upload your CV in EnglishIf you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.  We offer:Excellent working conditionsExtensive training and friendly teamOpportunities for personal and professional growth
