Stellenbeschreibung Position Title: CRM Service Administrator (m/f/d) Location: Zug Area, Switzerland (Remote work possible) Start Date: As soon as possible, latest by October 2025 Workload: 100% Contract Type: Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated CRM Service Administrator (m/f/d) to support our Finance & Commercial Operations team in the effective implementation and maintenance of Salesforce Service processes. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of local and global Salesforce Service processes (scoping, user stories, incident and defect handling) Align local needs with global and regional CRM/ERP systems Maintain and optimize interfaces between Customer Service and other systems Identify and implement process improvements Perform regular health checks in SAP and Salesforce Participate in international change management meetings Handle and document customer complaints and requests in the CRM system Provide support to the Customer Service team and its interfaces Strengthen the service back-office operations Required Qualifications and Experience Completed commercial or technical vocational training or higher education Several years of experience as a key user of CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce and SAP Proven experience with transformation projects and KPI monitoring Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and flexibility Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Fast learner in using new IT tools and systems Fluent in German and good command of English Experience in project management is a plus Application Information Please submit your CV in German Only applicants with a completed education can be considered for this position We look forward to receiving your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
