- Unterstützung des Investment Properties Teams bei der Durchführung von Transaktionen
- Analyse von einzelnen Liegenschaften sowie Immobilienportfolios
- Erstellung von Finanzmodellen sowie Markt
- und Standortanalysen
- Erstellung von Verkaufsdokumentationen
- Pflege der Transaktions-, Markt
- und Investorendatenbank
- Durchführung von regelmässigen ad-hoc Aufgaben, Analysen und Reports

**WAS SIE MITBRINGEN**
- Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss idealerweise in Economics, Finance
- oder Engineering
- Sie haben bereits erste Berufserfahrungen vorzugsweise im M&A resp. Transaktionsbereich
- sammeln können
- Sie interessieren sich für den Immobilien-Investmentmarkt
- Sie sind strukturiert, besitzen hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und können vernetzt denken
- Sie sind ein ausgezeichneter Teamplayer, engagiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie haben ein Auge für Details und können Dokumente auf ein exzellentes Niveau bringen
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (C2 Niveau); weitere
- Sprachen sind von Vorteil (insbesondere Französisch oder Italienisch)
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

**PRAKTIKUM**
- Das Praktikum dauert 6 Monate mit zeitnahem Start nach Vereinbarung (idealerweise per
