This 6 month internship is designed for master students/graduates seeking a career in real estate M&A/ brokerage. The internship is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the real estate M&A/brokerage business earned by working alongside dedicated seasoned professionals allowing the intern to be involved in the entire transaction process from deal sourcing, structuring until execution.
The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to build your real estate brokerage career. Following the internship a transferred into a permanent position can be considered if interest is confirmed and performance criteria is met.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- _Conduct company, property and industry-specific research _
- _Lead and update prospects in an internal tracking database _
- _Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation (“pitch”) materials _
- _Track local and regional activity, e.g., economy, employment statistics, company activity, industry trends and demographics that affect the local real estate market _
- _Contribute to projects in support of business development _
- _Provide support and be involved in the entire transaction process from sourcing deals, structuring, preparation of sales documents (teaser, information memorandum) and documents for virtual data rooms (including lease reviews, financial analysis etc.) for due diligence _

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- _Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking a career in the real estate industry _
- _Strong presentation skills _
- _Ability to network and interact professionally with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment _
- _Strong written and oral communication skills (German and English mandatory, French would be an asset) _
