Working alongside a team in Switzerland with deep experience in structured finance, investment banking, and exited founders, this greenfield initiative is designed to become critical infrastructure for the future of real estate investment and financing products.

, you will take a central role in building and scaling our real estate activities within Switzerland. You will drive origination, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio development while helping to shape a new institutional platform for real estate finance.

This is a high-impact position for an entrepreneurial investment professional who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to contribute meaningfully to the future of real estate capital markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and expand the real estate investment and financing franchise with a focus on the Swiss market.
• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with sponsors, developers, asset owners, banks, debt advisors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and close real estate financing transactions across income-producing assets and development projects.
• Assess and structure development financings, mortgage transactions, revolving credit facilities, and related financing solutions.
• Conduct property valuations and develop asset-level strategies, including investment and capex planning.
• Lead structuring, underwriting, and due-diligence processes, including coordination of legal, valuation, and technical reviews.
• Perform detailed due-diligence analyses on properties, including rental market assessments, financial and technical evaluations, and calculation of refurbishment and capex requirements.
• Lead risk reporting and contribute to portfolio-wide risk management.
• Originate and acquire properties or financing opportunities through proactive sourcing and network development.
• Design and implement transaction structures that meet investor, regulatory, and product requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive investment cases and present transactions to the Investment Committee.
• Oversee post-closing monitoring, portfolio management, and asset-level performance tracking.
• Contribute to investor materials, reporting packages, fundraising documentation, and market insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, and technology teams to integrate real estate financing into a modern digital platform.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in real estate lending, real estate investment, or private credit—ideally with strong exposure to the Swiss market.
• Proven track record in originating, structuring, and executing mortgage financings, including development loans.
• Strong proprietary network across sponsors, developers, brokers, banks, and alternative lenders in Switzerland.
• Deep understanding of Swiss real estate markets, valuation dynamics, financing structures, and regulatory considerations.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with distressed situations, restructurings, or workout processes is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and take ownership of portfolio responsibilities.
• University degree in finance, economics, law, real estate, or a comparable education.
• High proficiency in German / Swiss German and English; French is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit.
