Are you passionate about real estate and eager to learn from experienced professionals?

As an Intern Real Estate Transactions (50% – 80%) you'll be at the heart of our acquisitions, sales and letting activities, supporting key processes and gaining valuable exposure to the Swiss property market.

Your responsibilities

  • Monitor and support existing real estate portfolios and local property managers
  • Assist in real estate acquisitions: property analysis, due diligence, preparation of offers, reports, and presentations
  • Support sales and letting activities, help coordinate listings, liaise with brokers and external partners
  • Contribute to monthly reporting
  • Support process improvement and internal procedures
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate operational projects
  • Analyze and track new real estate development opportunities (residential, commercial, healthcare)
  • Assist in preparing external reports for clients and investors
  • Organize, attend, and follow up on internal and external meetings

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Law, or Hospitality Management, ideally with a focus on Finance/Real Estate
  • First professional experience or a strong interest in the real estate sector
  • Resilient, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong team spirit with a proactive and independent mindset
  • Structured approach and solid analytical thinking skills
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in German, with a good command of English. French is a strong advantage.
