Your role

Do you have a strong interest in Real Estate investment? Does real estate modeling excite you? We're looking for someone like that who can:

• support Portfolio Managers and Investment Managers in the strategy implementation of individual assets and of the direct real estate portfolios across Europe and on various asset classes for example office, retail and logistics

• conduct quantitative and performance analysis on the portfolio including cash-flows and investors' reporting

• provide analytical support for various specific projects and ad-hoc analysis such as discounted cash-flows, acquisition, valuations of the properties, assets sales and financing

You'll get to:

• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

• support teams who provide institutional and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions

• learn about direct real estate investments from a portfolio and from an asset management point of view

Your team

You'll be working in the Global Real Assets team in Zurich, we structure and manage direct real estate products or segregate mandates for UHNW clients. Our team manages approximately 40 real estate assets throughout continental Europe, UK, but as well Canada and APAC representing close to CHF 2,5 billion of Gross Asset Value. You will be based in Zurich and will interact daily with our local asset management and transaction UBS Real Estate teams based in various European capitals.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)

• possesses good analytical and financial background and willing to develop its real estate and market knowledge

• is proactive, interested in real estate and willing to support portfolio manager in their day-to-day tasks

• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

• is fluent in English and ideally another language

• brings a good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
