Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland.

You'll get to

• maintain close contact with our customers and on-site visits
• prepare and do follow-ups of customer meetings and customer events
• support the entire day-to-day business of the client advisor
• assist the client advisor in the analysis of financial statements, in the review of loan applications and annual loan templates
• cooperate solution-oriented with products and specialists from within and outside the division
• create professional presentations to support the consultant's strategic dialogue with our clients
• support in the preparation of strategic transactions / corporate finance
• support in projects

Your team
You'll be working in our Corporate & Real Estate team in Wädenswil. We're responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated short to long-term solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.

Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• is fluent in German and proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
• has strong customer orientation, openness, communication skills, good team spirit, confident demeanor, quick comprehension, initiative and a wide range of interests
• has an interest in the financial sector as well as preferably initial experience through an internship in the finance or banking sector
• has good analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Office
