Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program in the Personal & Corporate Banking division within Operations in Switzerland.

You'll get to:

• handling inquiries and requests from clients, legal successors, representatives, authorities, and internal departments
• conducting investigations into business relationships
• verifying the identification and authorization of individuals and legal entities
• supporting process optimization initiatives
• performing general administrative tasks

Your team

You'll be part of the Research & Disclosure Team in Client Lifecycle & Servicing, Operations in Zürich Altstetten, handling investigations into business relationships and managing inquiries from social welfare offices and prisons for former and active clients.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• has excellent German skills and good English skills, French is a plus
• strong analytical skills to identify connections and develop actionable solutions

Start date: 1 March 2026 or by agreement

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 or 12 months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
