Join our team as Insurance Partnerships Director (M/F/d) in Zurich

As Insurance Partnerships Director (m/w/d) you will be responsible for implementing and executing the relationship strategies with key brokers, insurers, and travel management companies to drive sales as well as retention cycles.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Elaborate and execute the partnerships agenda with brokers, insurance, and travel management companies
- Implement channel management strategies with brokers, insurance and travel management companies to optimise the channel mix and distribution to our prospect base and clients
- Develop partner channels for accelerating the non-shared to shared client agenda, new business acquisition, upselling, and client retention
- Manage the relationship with travel management companies and driving a referral generation agenda with them
- Develop and implement local direct billing agreements with key insurers

**About you**:

- Proven experience in an insurance sales or brokerage senior role
- Experience in B2B consultative/solution selling in service industries to large multinational corporations across various industry verticals
- Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment
- Strategic thinker, excellent negotiator, strong communicator, natural networker and team player
- Fluent verbal and written German and English, French is advantageous
- University degree or comparable qualification
