This role is central to building that ecosystem in Switzerland.Role purposeAs a Senior Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Coface Switzerland by strengthening and expanding strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the Sales Director Switzerland, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing strategic partnerships across the country. You will work closely with brokers, financial institutions, industry associations, and other key stakeholders to strengthen Coface’s market presence and create long-term value.YOUR MAIN MISSIONSDefine and execute a national partnership strategy aligned with Coface’s business objectives and in collaboration with the Sales DirectorIdentify, initiate and develop relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and market expansionMaintain close relationships with partners through visits and exchanges to monitor partnership qualityAnticipate areas for improvement and communicate Coface’s expertise and innovationsNegotiate and formalize partnerships agreements, ensuring mutual value creationWork closely with the Marketing team to build impactful content for the market and make the most effective use of resources for campaigns and eventsServe as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, maintaining strong and trust-based relationshipsRepresent Coface at external events and coordinate presence in targeted events to strengthen brand and product awarenessTrack performance metrics through a diligent utilization of internal CRM and produce consistent reportingActively ensure compliance with all Coface policies and proceduresMaintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitors, and evolving client needsQualificationsEducationMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking or equivalentAFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Non-Life module)ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or key account managementPrevious experience in the insurance, financial services or B2B sector is highly preferredProven success in building, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships, ideally with banking or institutional partnersCompetenciesStrong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and hands-on approachExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationships management skillsComfortable working across departments and managing multiple internal and external stakeholdersAble to manage complexity, set priorities, and drive projects to completionExcellent analytical and reporting skillsFluency in German as well as in English or FrenchStrong understanding of Swiss market dynamics and customer expectationsStrong digital literacy (CRM tools, reporting tools, MS Office, etc)LanguagesFluency in German as well as in English or FrenchAdditional InformationWhy join Coface?Be part of a global leader in trade credit insurance and risk managementA strategic role with direct impact on business decisionsCollaborative and inclusive work cultureCompetitive compensation and benefits package (training, health insurance contribution, pension fund)Opportunities for professional development and international exposureReady to make trade safer with us?Send us your CV, motivation letter, diplomas, and work certificates in English – we’re eager to discover how you’ll help shape the future of trade at Coface. #J-18808-Ljbffr
