Switzerland - Zürich - Digital, Process, project and program management - Personal & Corporate Banking **Job Reference #** - 267155BR **City** - Zürich **Job Type** - Full Time, Part Time **Your role** - We're looking for Product Manager in the Client Data & Client Service Activity area to: - build-out Client Data Processes and use-cases in the regulatory compliance area for our Personal Banking and Corporate - furthermore, build-out and support an E2E task management system for Client Advisors, Risk and Backoffice functions covering all mandatory client related tasks based on a state-of-the-art, online capable monitoring system - capture end-client requirements, translate into designs-build-test output, monitor success of outcome and continuously improve based on client needs - interact with internal consumers and stakeholders to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context to manage the backlog and competitor landscape as well as negotiation of adequate budget to fulfil solution roadmap and/or OKRs - working in multi-national agile environment and support step-wise maturity increase **Your team** - You'll be working "Client Data & Profiling" and “Client Service Activity” Crews as part of “Be a Client”-Stream within the Agile Delivery Organization of UBS. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** - a university degree with banking/finance or technical background - strong banking business/process understanding, preferably in Retail Banking and Global Wealth Management - understanding of technical concepts and aspects to establish and drive digital products - 3-5 years’ experience in agile working environment with focus on digitization - strong product leadership skills in combination with analytical and conceptual expertise - being able to learn fast and to switch rapidly between different projects and context - ability to gather, consolidate and synthesize information from various sources in order to gain consensus on proposed process change/transformation - excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly to develop process flows / journeys, to manage project plans, to compile and analyze data and to develop presentations - excellent in written and spoken German & English **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
