We are re-shaping the tool landscape a wealth manager is using, by rigorously focusing on user centred design. From prototype to product, by continuously verifying with users and stakeholders. We continuously improve our product by following the design thinking process and adapting it in all our teams. **Your mission**
- Jointly with our team of Senior Product managers, you take ownership for the strategic product roadmaps within the Avaloq Wealth product line. You contribute across individual products incl. Client Relationship Management, Client Lifecycle Management, Investment Advisory as well as Discretionary Portfolio Management
- Combine interviews with end-users and your comprehensive industry knowledge to ensure the right product market fit and to deliver product excellence
- Work closely with our Design Team on new product features, conduct user test and re-iterate on the designs to achieve the highest grade of client satisfaction and user experience
- Work closely with our Product Development and Management teams to ensure that our Wealth products continue to improve and solve the right problems for our clients
- Commercial support for our products, working with various other specialists on pricing and packaging, marketing and promotion, business cases, sales administration, client service levels and contracts - to plan and execute the go-to market strategy for the Avaloq Wealth offering
- Work closely with and support sales and marketing in their activities; be ready to give product presentations, organize client workshops and go on roadshows
- As part of the Wealth Product team you will contribute to the overall Avaloq Product strategy in this space, ensuring the cohesiveness and competitiveness of the overall product portfolio.

Qualifications
**What you need**
- At least 2 years’ professional hands-on experience in a Product Manager or similar role
- Good understanding of the wealth management/private banking industry
- A passion for championing customer and user experience, product design & technology disruption
- Self-starter with the ability to solve problems creatively, set the right priorities and deliver results with little guidance while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environment
- Experience managing product/project delivery with varying timelines, priorities and complexities, ultimately launching new/enhanced products to market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and sell a vision across all levels, including the ability to interact with executives in both IT and business functions
- A University degree or similar education

**You will get extra points for the following**
- Experience as a Product Manager/ Product Owner in a Fintech or bank. Any practical experience within the intersection between IT and business is a plus.
- Proven technical and architectural experience managing development of similar products in an on-premises or Cloud/SaaS model
- Active practitioner of Scrum methodology, DevOps technologies and UI/UX/CX concepts
