To extend the rising popularity of our investment solution to the needs of employers and employees seeking for innovative pension solutions, we are looking for a product manager with business and sales acumen and hands on experience in pillar 1e (Säule 1e). You will play an instrumental role in the launch of this product and take responsibility for a channel strategy to target companies in Switzerland. You will closely interact with product owners, developers, UX/UI designers, marketing and management teams as well as external stakeholders. The role will be reporting to the CEO.

**Your responsibilities**
- Define product characteristics and processes for our online pillar 1e solution, integrated into our online wealth management solution
- Manage external stakeholders during product development and thereafter
- Manage the sales and onboarding process for pillar 1e customers

**Your profile**
- Extensive experience with pillar 1e (Säule 1e) pension solutions, you know how the distribution channel works and what it takes to onboard SMEs.
- Strong business acumen and sales spirit
- Business analysis and conceptual skills to efficiently turn strategy into results
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and plans and create a shared understanding in the team
- Ability to manage projects, ensure timelines and communicate with stakeholders
- High agency spirit, curious and flexible
- Fluent in both English and German, French a plus.
- Prior experience in the fintech space is a plus
- General knowledge of asset management and the regulatory environment of occupational pension schemes
