**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- The role will be located in Zurich and alternatively in Dublin
- Agile and entrepreneurial work environment within the Fund Solutions business, a division of Investments & Wealth Management Solutions.
- Work with a team of fund product developers who are responsible for new product development, product structuring and fund lifecycle management.
- Lead fund legal structuring and product design initiatives in respect of mutual and alternative funds, in all technical aspects: distribution, legal, compliance, tax, operational, and accounting.
- Proactively analyze future trends in the market for possible new fund strategies and source proactively distribution supported investment proposals
- Work with top tier asset and wealth managers across asset classes to initiate new investment funds
- Perform research analysis and peer comparison to enable manager selection and due diligence
- Provide technical expertise on retail and professional fund structures and collaborate with in

- Deliver projects related to new and fund change products
- Engage with the wider internal distribution and offering functions as well as with key stakeholders within the business such as Portfolio Managers, Fund Analysts and Fund Offering Team
- Play a key in ensuring retention for existing funds and conduct feasibility reviews with Fund Life Cycle Management
- Collaborate on internal initiatives that enhance the value proposition for our clients
- Advise the strategic and technical content of marketing materials/website production produced by Marketing

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Strong academic credentials in law, finance, economics, or similar
- Experience in the financial industry, preferably with an international asset manager
- Long-standing experience in product development, investment funds advisory, fund distribution, or client facing roles
- In-depth knowledge of Irish/EU fund regulation and corporate law requirements, ideally with previous experience in a law firm Excellent knowledge of funds across all asset classes and the wealth management offering in general Robust understanding of investment funds, investor profiles, asset classes and markets
- Experience in creating and maintaining fund literature
- Strong cross-functional project management and execution skills
- Experience as an investment specialist
- Entrepreneurial and humble mindset
- High standard of quality and accuracy, strong attention to detail
- Superior PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills
- Full proficiency in the English language; excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English
- German/French/Italian full proficiency would be a strong plus
