**Your role**
- Interested in working financial services, and have an interest in collaborating with senior stakeholders, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to:

- support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
- define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- gather information through surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services

**Your team**

**Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT or finance topic, no longer than 18 months prior to program start date
- has experience with high-level cloud technologies and DevOps as well as Linux and Solaris
- generally adapts fast to new technologies and trends
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

**Your program**
- Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
