**Your responsibilities**:

- Living ABB’s core values, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- Perform full range of tasks associated with global R&D controlling, including financial closing, actual R&D cost follow up, license fee preparations and review and estimates.
- Validate and follow up on R&D business cases and perform review of R&D projects in alignment with R&D Manager
- Set up and implement standard R&D KPIs and reporting procedures globally and with local units, driving transparency and cost efficiency
- Ensure license fee agreements are up to date
- Drive compliance with tax requirements and on various reporting such as EU taxonomy etc.
- Financial oversight for Motion related Research Center activities.
- Interactions with multiple stakeholders such as local R&D units, global R&D manager, tax function and CHTET
- Support continuous improvement by driving simplification

**Your background**:

- Master's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Controlling roles
- Track record of execution and delivering results in global environment
- Understanding of R&D accounting, customer funding & changes in A&RP, government funding
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders from different function/business
- Strong team-player, with good collaboration and communications skills
- Fluent in English
