The organization focuses on novel therapies in Oncology and Ophthalmology and is also currently developing a world-leading pipeline in Neuroscience and Dermatology with one of the strongest pipelines of Phase II / III studies in the world.For their HQ in Basel, we are currently looking for a :System Support and Integration ManagerIn this role, you will be responsible for configuring IT applications, designing processes to support analytics, and ensuring the seamless integration of strategic projects within a GxP-regulated environment. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, drive digital transformation, and maintain high standards of compliance.Main responsibilities :Lead gap assessments, define system designs, and enhance key applications.Ensure data standardization across global applications.Collaborate with system / process owners and manage change.Lead testing phases (UAT, OQ, PQ) and ensure system compliance.Manage key projects, coordinating with IT and business teams.Guide users and teams on best practices for system use.Drive continuous learning and process enhancement.Qualifications and Experience :Relevant working / residency permit or Swiss / EU-Citizenship required.Bachelor’s / Master’s in Life Sciences, IT, or related field (Advanced degrees preferred).At least 5 years in a GMP environment, familiarity with IT systems (e.g., eLN, GLIMS, SAP), and project management.Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
