**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Planung und Durchführung von Umwelt
- und Energieprojekten
- Überwachung von Projektfortschritten und Budgets, Einhaltung von Zeitplänen
- Koordination von Projektteams und Förderung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern
- Datenerfassung, Analyse und Berichterstattung zu Umwelt
- und Energiekennzahlen
- Erstellung von Konzepten, Machbarkeitsstudien und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
- Kundenbetreuung und -pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
- Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder im Umwelt
- und Energiebereich

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, HF/FH Weiterbildung in Umwelt
- und Energiebereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Umwelt
- und Energieprojekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Energieeffizienz, erneuerbaren Energien und Nachhaltigkeit
- Erfahrung in der Führung von interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
