**Responsibilities**
- General office administration for the company in Switzerland
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and staff on various requests
- Assistance in preparation of management accounts on a monthly basis
- Preparation of quarterly fee invoices for the client base
- Preparation of VAT calculations and returns and maintaining VAT records in accordance with Swiss law (training will be provided)
- Support management on Finance, Risk and Compliance issues and tasks
- Prepare and assist in preparation of documents, presentations and correspondence
- Organise meetings, conferences, events both on-site and off-site
- Support other team members
- Native (Swiss) German speaker and fluent command of spoken and written English
- Good organisational and time management skills along with excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures but also able to work independently
- Collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn other relevant systems
- Accounting knowledge or desire to learn basic accounting is an advantage
