Are you able to handle multiple priorities with energy and enthusiasm? - We're looking for someone to: - manage the daily business of client relationships at the US related clients desk - provide account management support to colleagues in the different teams within the US desk - ensure the alignment of relationships to the US Person Business Model - deliver the variety of UBS's services, from mortgages to securities transactions to our clients (no provision of investment advice) - maintain, operate and improve special processes established to service US clients - lead special projects that drive the business forward **Your team** - The US Related Clients desk is based in Zurich, servicing centrally all US resident clients in Booking Center Switzerland. You will be part of a team of currently 15 people, with different professional and cultural backgrounds. We take care of clients ranging from PKB to UHNW, from students over expat workers to diplomats. The US desk comprises different teams, such as the Visa Desk, Resident Banking Desk and the US/FATCA Alignment and Service Desk, to efficiently and effectively deliver on our task to provide clients the best possible service within the boundaries of the regulatory restrictions applicable to US clients. - Diversity helps us grow, together. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** - ideally 3+ years’ worth of experience in dealing with private clients - higher banking education or bachelor degree is an advantage but not a must - strong "hands-on mentality", self-driven and open minded - effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others - good organizational skills able to work under pressure - a good sense of humor - analytical thinker, with the ability to provide practical solutions - fluent in spoken and written English (any additional language skills are a plus) **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
