**Aufgaben**:

- In unserer Sparte Telekom, in der wir als Internet Service Provider auftreten, Supportaufgaben im 1st-Level übernehmen und das Tagesgeschäft rund um Netzausbau und Unterhalt abwickeln.
- Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort beim Kunden übernehmen sowie Kündigungen und Änderungen bearbeiten.
- Netzwerke überwachen, Fehler analysieren und Störungen beheben.
- Aktivtechnik wie Switches, Router, OLTs und CPEs anschliessen und testen.
- Grundkonfigurationen selbstständig erstellen und dokumentieren.

**Profil**:

- Netzwerktechnik begeistert dich.
- Du beherrschst Windows und Microsoft 365 im Alltag, Linux-Know-How bringt dich weiter.
- Ausbildung als Informatiker/in, Telematiker/in, Elektroinstallateur/in oder ähnliches; idealerweise ergänzt mit einer Weiterbildung.
- Menschen, Kundinnen und Kunden stehen für dich im Zentrum.
- Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachen-Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Führerschein Kat. B und Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit beim Pikettdienst sowie bei Einsätzen vor Ort.
