**Your role**
- Interested in learning more about the dynamics of corporate finance and capital markets?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-Cycle Internship Program within our Investment Bank, Global Banking business.

You’ll:

- join our leading Debt Capital Markets Syndicate team and act as an active member in the new issuance process of CHF denominated bonds and other debt products for a global borrower base
- support the deal team along the value chain while liaising with various stakeholders within the bank such as sales, trading, origination, structuring, legal and finance
- get hands-on deal execution experience in a team with very high deal flow
- assist in drafting and preparing information for client presentations, market commentaries and credit analysis
- acquire a broad understanding of the functioning of debt capital markets and related products (corporate & financial bonds, emerging markets, hybrids, derivatives, etc.)
- maintain and further develop various databases, pricing and market data tools

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in Zürich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business (part of the Investment Bank), within our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team. Global Banking provides coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate and financial institutions. The DCM team works closely with our clients to develop effective and innovative solutions for their financing and risk management needs.

**Your expertise**
- is currently enrolled in studies with a graduation date in late 2026 or 2027
- has values that align with ours: integrity, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills in English and German
- is motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines
- has a proactive and independent attitude
- is proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- During your 6 month internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
