2026 Off-cycle Internship - Asset Management COO - ZH

**Your role**

Interested in working in finance, specifically Asset Management, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Asset Management business.

You'll get to:

- support our day-to-day business as well as project work related to our Performance Measurement platform
- generate reporting and management information based on mutual fund and institutional products
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
- support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
- learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes

Ideal start date: January or February 2026

**Your team**

You'll be working in the Zurich based Investment Performance Analytics team in Asset Management. We oversee Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS), performance attribution and internal performance reporting for all institutional mandates and mutual funds of Asset Management globally. You'll help to manage large-scale assets with well-diversified businesses across regions, capabilities and distribution channels. You'll be part of a team that works with one of the largest hedge funds and real estate investment managers in the world, one of the leading fund houses in Europe, and the largest mutual fund manager in Switzerland.

**Your expertise**
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- has an understanding of accounting data and performance measurement
- has knowledge across instruments and asset classes, including Fixed Income & Derivatives
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
