- Interested in learning more about the dynamics of corporate finance and capital markets?

We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-Cycle Internship Program within our Investment Bank, Global Banking ECM business.

You’ll:

- work on various exciting and challenging projects in a multicultural team and collaborate with teams abroad
- help originate and execute key transactions
- bring clients and investors together to fulfill their mutual needs
- put market and company analyses together
- prepare external and internal presentations and be part of «live» deal executions
- support the team in its marketing efforts to clients

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in Zürich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business (part of the Investment Bank), within our Equity Capitals Markets (ECM) team. Global Banking provides coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate and financial institutions. We are responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of equity capital market transactions and the marketing of our capabilities in this product area to the leading corporations and governments. The product range includes a variety of transactions, such as IPOs (Initial Public Offerings), Secondary Offerings, Rights Issues, Block Trades, Convertible Bonds and Exchangeable Bonds.

**Your expertise**
- is currently enrolled in studies with a graduation date in 2026 or 2027
- has values that align with ours: integrity, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
- is motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines

- During your 6 month internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
