Innovation Manager (a)

The mission of the Innovation Manager is to generate ideas with high business potential, to foster relationships and to lay the foundation for the innovation power of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement and manage an idea generation and management process
- Build, manage and maintain an innovation community, incorporating the Habasit divisions, external networks, start ups, etc.
- Lead idea generation teams and help creating a common innovation vision and an atmosphere of trust
- Build an Innovation Idea Portfolio, assess and classify the portfolio items for selection to be further analyzed and executed
- Conduct workshops across the company in order to shape and develop business opportunities further
- Provide thought leadership, technology strategies and value-added solutions for our customers globally
- Promote a motivating and collaborating curiosity culture based on efficient methodologies and help building an ecosystem. Set up a program to reward idea generation
- Identify and build up strong relationships with internal and external partners (technology leaders, institution, etc.) and continuously develop the network and new partnering initiative

**Profile**

University degree in technical or business field, (5 years degree)
Minimum of 10 years experience in a start-up, an early stage industry with new business development or in a new business function in an established company
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Fluent in German (both verbal and written) as an asset
Able to travel up to 40% of time
