Do you enjoy creating an environment where pods dare to and feel encouraged to take responsibility for their own mission? - We're looking for a Product Manager in the Client Self Service area to: - build-out client lifecycle management journeys and use-cases for our Personal Banking and Corporate - capture end-client requirements, translate into designs-build-test output, monitor success of outcome and continuously improve based on client needs - interact with internal consumers and stakeholders to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context to manage the backlog and competitor landscape as well as negotiation of adequate budget to fulfil solution roadmap and/or OKRs - working in multi-national agile environment and support step-wise maturity increase **Your team** - You'll be working in the "Client Self Service"-Crew as part of “Be a Client”-Stream within the Agile Delivery Organization of UBS. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients. **Your expertise** - a university degree with banking/finance or technical background - strong banking business/process understanding, preferably in Retail Banking and Global Wealth Management - 3-5 years’ experience in an agile working environment with focus on digitization, mainly as Product Manager and/or Product Owner - strong product leadership skills in combination with analytical and conceptual expertise - ability to learn fast and to switch rapidly between different projects and context - ability to gather, consolidate and synthesize information from various sources in order to gain consensus on proposed process change/transformation - excellent Microsoft Office, Confluence and JIRA skills, particularly to develop process flows / journeys, to manage project plans, to compile and analyze data and to develop presentations - strong in communicating and interacting with multiple stakeholders at different levels within the organization - highly engaged and able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure - fluent in German and English (verbal and written) **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
