As a **Project Manager, **you will support the team in delivering a wide range of solutions both for internal and external customers. You will support the planning and scoping activities and assure there’s alignment both within the team as well as with various collaborating teams across the globe. Most importantly, you will take a key role and help drive the development of our software platform further.

- Taking ownership of various projects throughout their software lifecycle, following agile methodologies
- Coordinating and aligning multiple teams, pushing projects forward.
- Managing cross-functional projects tackled by international teams
- Inspired by the idea of developing flagship products
- Being part of the R&D team and support our transition from start-up to scale-up
- Participating in business update presentations and reporting sessions with (senior) management
- High level of self-management and influence as a project manager and agile coach
- High visibility within the company and senior management

**This is you**:

- Passionate about Agile and Lean (software) development principles and methodologies
- Professional working experience as a project manager in an agile setting, experience as a scrum master or agile coach is a plus
- Familiarity with project management fundamentals (Time, Cost, Risk Management)
- Capability of shaping and advancing projects, processes, and products
- Open for challenges, and ability to think outside-the-box
- High level of communication and soft skills
