**Key Responsibilities**:

- To initiate successful and project accomplishments in a timely fashion, for this role, you will be responsible for producing cross-functional plans, budgets and resource estimates.
- To reduce process intricacy and increase organisational capacity, you will use agile protocols.
- You will be accountable for CMC project management of one or more biologic products as co-lead with the CMC Lead.
- To facilitate objective suggestions for continuance, acceleration, reprioritisation, and reform of the development plan in a timely manner, you will use data-driven decision-making procedures.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a life science, pharmaceutical, biotech or similar discipline with at least 5 years of experience or educated to a PhD degree level with at least 3 years of experience with pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with working internationally and handling projects within a matrixed setting.
- Past involvement in guiding cross-functional project teams
- Computer literacy in Microsoft such as Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Flow, etc.
- Know-how of guidance and project management strategies such as Agile, Lean, DMAIC, Waterfall, and/or PMBOK.
- Technical/functional expertise.
- Able to analyse unstructured issues, recognise root causes and align team goals to drive business objectives.
- Comprehension of drug development procedures and knowledge.
- Former involvement capturing and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Comprehension of organisational development and cross-functional group alignment.
- Propensity in forming a patient-centered best in class organisation.
- Knowledge of crucial actions for all important functional areas.
