**Your tasks**: - Maintenance of material master data in global ERP and PIM systems - Provision of overviews of material master data for information and quality control - Enforce rules and guidelines to ensure data quality - Maintenance of reference and control tables - Drive relevant projects to improve the quality of data management - Lead and motivate the Global Data Management team - Participate in projects ranging from the development and introduction of new products to SAP introductions in new entities **Your profile**: - You have a commercial or technical background (Bachelor degree) and more than 5 years of business experience, preferably in an industrial environment - More than 1-year experience in a team leader function is necessary - Experienced in ERP and PLM (preferably SAP R/3 and ECTR) - Expertise in project management - Good communication skills - Well experienced to work across teams and departments with the ability to structure and coordinate different stakeholder - English and German language skills must be on a professional level **Benefits**:Clear vision and purpose "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
