QA Data Governance Specialist

Join a global healthcare leader and contribute to the Data Governance Program as a Quality SME for Data Integrity (DI). In this long-term role, you will drive compliance with regulatory standards, oversee data integrity initiatives, and support continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integrity & Governance

  • Support the development and execution of the Data Governance Roadmap aligned with site objectives
  • Act as Quality SME for Data Integrity, ensuring adherence to GxP and governance principles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Lab & Manufacturing) to implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deliver in-house training (German & English) on Data Integrity and Good Documentation Practices
  • Monitor compliance and lead remediation activities for data-related gaps
  • Investigate and assess data integrity issues (non-conformances) in line with GMP and regulatory standards
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Support and coordinate teams (Production, Engineering, Laboratories) to ensure DI compliance
  • Facilitate structured communication and troubleshooting to improve interaction between teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years strong expertise in Data Integrity (DI) and Data Governance
  • Expertise in Pharmaceutical - GMP environment
  • Fluent in English, conversational German
  • Solid understanding of GxP, GMP, and regulatory compliance
