Quality Systems Associate

Overview
As a Quality Systems Associate, you will join a diverse and collaborative team dedicated to ensuring Quality and Compliance within the Quality Systems framework at the Schaffhausen site.
In this role, you will contribute to the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key quality processes, supporting a culture of excellence and adherence to global and local standards.
Your work will directly support cross-functional teams and help maintain the integrity of critical quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Support the Subject Matter Expert and Site Key User for Change Control, Non-Conformance, and CAPA systems.
- Providing end-user training, creating training materials, and offering ad-hoc support for system- or process-related questions.
- Co-host NC/CAPA review meetings, collect data for KPI review boards, and take on tasks related to globally led projects.
- Independently manage and prioritize a highly complex and diverse workload to ensure timely, accurate deliverables that meet their intended objectives.
Requirements
- Experience working in quality systems
- Familiarity with change control and deviation/CAPA processes, and the ability to train and support end-users are essential.
- A structured work style, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to your success in this role.
- You are a team-oriented, open-minded, and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of motivation.
- Fluent in English and German
