The Digital Marketing Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our demand generation initiatives by implementing effective digital marketing strategies to attract and engage potential customers. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, optimize digital channels, and generate sales-ready leads. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a B2B marketing environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

Your tasks

• Support the execution and optimization of email marketing programs
• Assist in creating, developing, and testing customer journeys, segmentation, forms, and workflows
• Support the implementation and management of marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation and nurturing processes
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on demand generation in the B2B space, aligned with company objectives and target audience
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize website performance, including SEO, user experience, and conversion rate optimization
• Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and display advertising, to increase brand visibility and generate leads
• Monitor and analyze the performance of email and digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Generate reports on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to enhance campaign targeting and messaging
• Support the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Provide ad hoc project support
• Assist the Demand Generation Manager in daily business activities

Your profile

• You are currently studying, in marketing, communications or business related fields or you have recently graduated
• You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have a curious mindset with passion for working with people
• You are eager to learn and face up new challenges
• First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus
• You are confident with working and developing relationships with external agencies and internal departments. Flexible and enthusiastic about working in a healthy paced work environment with varied topics and tasks. Being proactive, well organized and the ability to prioritise and multi-task is essential. You will be numerate with solid skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or similar analytics tools. Your communication skills, both written and verbal must be excellent, along with the ability to pay close attention to detail

• Applicants must already hold a valid Swiss work permit (B, L, G, C) or EU/EFTA citizenship
