**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre als Heizungs-, Sanitär-, Lüftungsinstallateur oder Elektromonteur mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Installationen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Unterhalt von Haustechnikanlagen
- Eidg. Fachausweis für Hauswarte
- Basis Kenntnisse von Gebäudeleitsystemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und von Vorteil gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel und Outlook)
- Effiziente, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Integre, belastbare und diplomatische Persönlichkeit in guter körperlicher Verfassung
- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
