Deine Aufgaben- Verantwortung für die Marketingaktivitäten sowie das Marketingbudget- Bewirtschaftung und stetige Weiterentwicklung unseres Social Media Auftritts- Ausarbeitung der Marketingunterstützung für unsere Distributionspartner- Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalyse sowie Trendbeobachtung zur Erkennung neuer Chancen Risiken- Content Marketing Strategien für entsprechende Zielgruppen- Erstellung digitaler und analoger Werbemittel- Verantwortung für eigene Messen, Unterstützung der Distributionspartner für den Messeauftritt- Verantwortung, Pflege und Auswertung für interne Systeme (Power Tool Themen auf der Website, Kundenportal,)- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Schnittstellenfunktion mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung- Ausarbeitung und Mitarbeit in Sonderprojekten sowie Unterstützung des Sales & PM Teams hinsichtlich Auswertungen, externe Kommunikation und Organisation sowie Präsentationserstellung

Was wir suchen- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ergänzender Weiterbildung im Marketing oder Studiumabschluss mit Vertiefung in Marketing- Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung im Marketing, vorzugsweise auch im Bereich Online-Marketing- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen, sowohl online als auch offline- Erfahrung mit allen gängigen on
- und offline Kommunikationskanälen- Starke Sales Orientierung- Hands-on-Mentalität- Unternehmerisches Denken und gutes Prozessverständnis- Selbständigkeit, Engagement und Teamplayer- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
