**Aufgaben**:

- Konzeption von Kampagnen und diese termin-, budget
- und erfolgsgerecht entlang der Customer Journey durchführen
- Mitarbeit in Projekten, Fokus Kundenkommunikation
- Kreative Kampagnenumsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und operative Kampagnenumsetzung in unserem Multichannel Marketing-Automation-System
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Analytics und unseren Marketing-Automation Specialists
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Marketing-Automation-Systems

**Profil**:

- Solide Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing sowie einige Jahre qualifizierte Berufserfahrung auf Agentur
- oder Kundenseite
- Erfahrungen im Kampagnenmanagement, insbesondere im Bereich Direkt Marketing oder in der Leitung von Kommunikationsprojekten
- Konzeptionelles und ausgeprägt logisches Denken
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Kommunikationsaufgaben strukturiert anzugehen und zu lösen
- Affinität zu Daten und Umgang mit den Daten sowie modernem Marketing und Marketing Tools
- Strukturierte, analytische, exakte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisatorisches Geschick, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, selbständiges und pro-aktives Handeln
- Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
