**E-Commerce Manager*in, 80-100%**:
Du trägst die Verantwortung für unseren Webshop (System Shopify).

**Das bedeutet**
- du entscheidest mit, welche Artikel für unsere Kund*innen online zum Verkauf stehen
- du erfasst und pflegst Produktbeschreibungen & -kategorisierungen
- du beschaffst alle Produktbilder - entweder beim Lieferanten oder durch die Organisation interner Produktshootings
- du pflegst das (visuelle) Erscheinungsbild des Webshops in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Marketing/PR
- Der Umsatz und die Customer Experience unseres Webshops liegt in deiner Verantwortung. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Marketing/PR ergreifst du Massnahmen, um den Umsatz/Gewinn sowie die Bekanntheit unseres Webshops zu steigern (inkl. SEA, SEO und Social Media Marketing)
- konzipierst den Ausverkauf in unserem Webshop. Auch dessen Durchführung liegt in deiner Hand
- bist verantwortlich für das Webshop-Tagesgeschäft. Dieses umfasst:

- Bearbeitung von Webshop-Bestellungen (inkl. Verpacken der Bestellungen)
- Warenbeschaffung (in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Lager und den Stores)
- Bearbeitung von Retouren
- Beantworten von Kundennachrichten rund um den Onlineshop

Den Aufgabenbereich «Tagesgeschäft Onlineshop» teilst du dir mit Marianne, unserer Verantwortlichen Kundencenter.

**Du**
- hast Berufserfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce, Content-Erstellung (SEO), Produktverkauf, -präsentation oder -management
- bist sattelfest in der E-Commerce-Software Shopify oder scheust dich nicht davor, dich auf diesen Sattel zu schwingen
- denkst vernetzt, unternehmerisch und auch Mal über den Tellerrand hinaus
- hast ein sprachliches Feingefühl und optimalerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Modebranche
- beherrschst die deutsche Rechtschreibung und Grammatik aus dem FF, französische Telefonate sind kein Problem für dich
- arbeitest selbstständig und sehr strukturiert
- bist im Umgang mit unseren Kund*innen stets freundlich und hilfsbereit
- begeisterst dich für die Themen Mode & Lifestyle
- arbeitest gerne eng mit deinen Teamgspänli aus der Abteilung Marketing/PR
