To reinforce the Flik Flak team at Swatch Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, we are currently searching for a: SALES & E-COMMERCE PROJECT LEADER 100%Job descriptionMain responsibilities will include: Sales Management: Lead sales efforts in designated regions, developing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth across all channels Project Management: Lead and develop projects eg; for personalized watches from technical development to e-commerce integration, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution. Digital Marketing: apply the paid social media campaign strategy for selected region. Considering different objectives and ensure performance Marketplaces Management: Manage sales operations across selected marketplaces, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility. Training: Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams in Retail Stores and Wholesale clients, emphasizing product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights. ProfileProfile: Commercial qualifications (university degree preferred) with first experience in a sales department) Experience in Project Management Experience in performance marketing Ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple projects involving coordination of internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of Meta ads manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics Professional requirementsBesides being a team player, you are flexible and open for changes. Thanks to your organisation skills, you can manage multiple projects and you are a fast deliverer. You are a creative person, having affinity to the children's world. Moreover, you are a good communicator with an international mindset, and you are a fast deliverer.LanguagesIn addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English.
