About the job:
- Strengthen customer relationships to understand customer needs and drive sales by improving marketing effectiveness and by gathering market and customer insights
- Support the production of robust brand specific marketing plans and forecasting activity, as well execute and operationalize the approved Tactical Brand Plans within approved budgets
- Cross functional collaboration to ensure local insights are incorporated in strategy, tactical plans, implementation approach etc. and all functions remain aligned throughout the annual brand cycle and product lifecycle
- Maintain a strong customer facing presence in the field conducting double and unaccompanied visits (e.g. to implement projects) with customers
- Monitor progress against planned activities and take mitigating and corrective actions in the event of a deviation
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Solid experience as a Brand Manager, ideally in Oncology area
- Ability to interpret market data and clinical outcomes and link to commercial opportunities
- Experience in cross functional collaboration with commercial, marketing, medical, compliance, legal, etc. to ensure optimal output
- Good level of planning and time management skills, and evidence of competence in job related areas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German and English/French)
