Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung des Beobachtungs
- und Meldewesens, Abweichungssystems sowie Field Safety Corrective Action (FSCA) und Post Market Surveillance Systems mit nationalen und internationalen Anforderungen
- Prozessverantwortung und Entwicklung für das gesamte Deviation Management
- Budgetmanagement inklusive Kostenstellenverantwortung und Budgetplanung
- Erstellung von Kennzahlen
- und Leistungsberichten
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von internen sowie externen Audits
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Teams

Qualifikation
- Hochschulabschluss im technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen vom Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines Medizinprodukteherstellers
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit der Medizinproduktrichtlinie 93/42/EWG und Medizinprodukteverordnung 2017/745 sowie mit EN ISO 13458 und QSR
- Proaktive, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter emotionaler Intelligenz und Empathie sowie «Can Do» Einstellung
- Erfahrung in Personalführung und Talent Management
