International Marketing Group Manager - Beauty (M/F/x)

A major Beauty company based in the French-speaking part of Switzerland is looking for an International Marketing Group Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
Within the Marketing Development department, the Group Manager will lead a small team of Product Managers so as to ensure the effective management of his/her Product portfolio:

- Definition of the 3-year Marketing plan, presentation to the Top Management, and roll-out
- Follow-up of the Products development
- Participation in the definition of the Communication, Training, Trade and PR strategy with the related departments
- Drafting of Marketing and Competition analysis

With his/her team, the Group Manager will then follow-up the lines performances all along their lifecycle, and will provide strategic recommendations.

**Desired profile**:

- Higher education in Commerce or Marketing
- Previous significant experience in international Marketing Development, in the Luxury industry
- A previous experience in Management is a must (even if the person managed was a trainee)
- Excellent English level
