**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of sample management specialists
- Plan and carry out supporting activities on all DPS stability programs according to current regulations (e.g. cGMPs), including physical setup of stability studies (staging) according to relevant stability protocol and updating and maintaining stability planning/ scheduling tools and LIMS according to relevant stability protocols
- Manage logistics of pharmaceutical samples according to internal procedures (e.g. good receipt, sample hand over to testing laboratories, shipments)
- Author required documents in support of sample management activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Completed MSc or apprenticeship in Life Sciences or a related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, preferably in sample management and stability testing
- Excellent working knowledge and solid experience working in a GMP environment and experience and understanding of ICH stability guidelines
- Excellent reporting and planning skills
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
